Home Advisor: Being approved by Home Advisor with a 5 star rating in Sept., 2017 means we have been awarded one of the highest levels of review available in the home building and remodeling industry and this also means more safety and security for you and your family every time we enter your property. It also means that Home Advisor has reviewed our California Contractors License and found it is current with no outstanding complaints and, also, that we are bonded and have no felonies, tax liens or bankruptcies. In addition, if you want to verify our record on your own please go to the heading titled Self Screening which follows on page 10.
The Four-Way Test and our Construction Ethics: The Four-Way Test is a guide (prepared by Rotarians) for conduct that can be applied to personal, professional and business relationships including all types of construction. The Test includes four questions, as follows:
- Is it the truth?
- Is it fair to all concerned?
- Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
- Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
